Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Aion X by XHEIGHT. By accessing the service you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

Accounts & Security

Keep your account information accurate and safeguard credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Limit access to authorised teammates and maintain device security.
  • Respect rate limits and API usage policies where available.

Acceptable Use

Use Aion X responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. Do not abuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the platform.

  • Avoid uploading unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Do not probe, scan, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of other users.

Intellectual Property

Aion X, including all related software, documentation, and trademarks, remains the property of XHEIGHT. We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the service.

Plans, Billing & Taxes

Paid plans are billed in advance based on the subscription you select. Charges renew automatically unless cancelled according to the terms of your plan. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Disclaimer

Aion X is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed, XHEIGHT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect policy violations, security risk, or unpaid fees. You may discontinue use at any time; upon termination you must cease using all affected features.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel unless a separate agreement states otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel‑Aviv.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. If we make material updates, we will notify you through the product or by email.
